Headspace has become a great app to build in a moment of calm during my day. It offers guided meditations that feel more like a gentle reminder to slow down. If I'm ever feeling anxious, Headspace gives me the outlet to collect my thoughts and adds mindfulness.

Taking on the 75 Hard challenge was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and the 75 Hard App has been essential in keeping me accountable.
